ADVA

Your data and ADVA

ADVA connects to Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads only when a business owner signs in and allows it. Here is how to remove that connection and what ADVA deletes when you do.

  1. Disconnect in ADVA

Sign in, open Connections and choose Disconnect for Meta or Google Ads. ADVA deletes the stored access tokens straight away and stops reading or publishing.

  2. Or remove ADVA in Facebook

In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select ADVA and remove it. Facebook tells ADVA, and ADVA disconnects every account you connected and deletes their tokens. If you also ask Facebook to delete your data, you get a confirmation code you can check on this page.

  3. What stays

Posts and ads already published stay on Facebook, Instagram and Google until you delete them there. A business’s own records in ADVA (its drafts, approvals and enquiries) stay with that business until its owner deletes them or asks us to.
